Before breakfast: 300ml water add lemon

½ hour after breakfast: 600ml water
Lunch: grilled chicken breast, half grapefruit sliced, half cup steamed green beans, Be careful of the dressing you use.
½ hour after lunch: 500ml water
Snack: apple or any fruit
after snack: 300ml water
Dinner: two grilled thin beef tips, cup steamed broccoli, 1 small sweet potato (60g)
Snack: Some dark chocolate
